Service Description

We performed the complete replacement of carpets in the King Air C90 aircraft, strictly following all ANAC regulations.

Focusing on efficient management and the total reliability of our technical team, the process begins with the disassembly of the seats, using specialized tools to unscrew the seat mounting tracks and safely remove them.

Next, we carefully remove the side panels and cabin baseboards, which require the use of Torx screws and aircraft-specific fastening pins.

The removal of the old carpet involves taking out the floor protection plates and conducting a thorough inspection of the seat anchoring tracks, which are critical components for fixation and safety.

These tracks, made of high-strength aluminum, are reviewed to ensure there is no wear or damage. The floor ventilation duct system is also checked and protected during installation to ensure there are no obstructions.

After removal, the floor surface is completely cleaned and inspected to identify any possible corrosion or deformation.

At this stage, we verify the integrity of components such as locking fasteners, electrical connectors under the floor, drain valves, and vibration isolators.

Before applying the new carpets, we insert acoustic and thermal insulation materials to enhance cabin comfort.

The new carpets are cut and adjusted according to exact measurements and are secured using ANAC-certified adhesives, ensuring superior adhesion and compliance with flammability resistance standards.

Components such as seat mounting tracks, metal supports for side panels, and air outlets are reinstalled with precision, using new anchoring screws as per technical specifications.

Additionally, during the reinstallation process, we work with items such as cable handlers, material fastening rods, and door sealing frames to ensure all components are properly aligned. We also conduct a final check of the aircraft's weight and balance sensors, which are directly related to the correct placement of seats and the new carpet.

The final result is an impeccable finish, with full compliance with the durability and safety standards required by aviation, as well as superior aesthetic appeal. All materials used undergo rigorous testing to ensure their resistance to daily use and continuous exposure to temperature and humidity variations.
