AVIATION SERVICES

1. Specialized service certificated by ANAC

•Assembly/disassembly of aircraft interiors limited to repairs that do not require special tools and to be performed using simple operations and standard practices, according the applicable aircraft seats maintenance manuals and aircraft maintenance manuals and procedures included in aircraft operators approved maintenance programs.

•Inspection, repair and replacement of passenger and crew seat covers and panels, carpets, curtains and window panels of aircrafts.”

 

2. Aircraft EIS (entry into service) around the world

•We provide EIS (entry into service) for aircrafts around the world with engineers and mechanics licensed with ANAC/FAA/EASA and a high technical knowledge

 

3. Aircraft delivery and redelivery support with accredited professionals (PCA – ANAC)

•We support to carry out the technical inspection and documentary delivery of your aircraft. The following items are checked:

• Verification of all aircraft documentation required by the airworthiness authorities and insurance companies
• Inspection of systems and components
• Inspection of quality of interior and exterior of the aircraft
• Evaluation flights
• Final acceptance and follow-up of delivery agreements

 

4. Subcontracting of field engineers and aircraft mechanics for a specified period

•We recruit and subcontract teams of highly skilled professionals of diverse expertise. We rely on our records with aeronautical engineers and mechanics with FAA and EASA licenses.

5. On-site aircraft maintenance support- scheduled and unscheduled

•Our highly qualified and trained technical support team is prepared to support scheduled and unscheduled 24/7 shift maintenance and we are ready to support your aircraft in your base or in the selected service center

•Our team is composed of field engineers and aeronautical technicians of all specialties: avionics, interiors, structures, electrical, mechanical, hydraulic, environmental, etc

9. Aircraft management support in production line

•We follow the assembly and manufacturing of the aircraft in the factory, providing the customer with periodic reports regarding the aircraft’s manufacturing and finalization schedule
